Social media has become much more than a way for teenagers to communicate with one another. Today, sites like Twitter and Facebook represent vital opportunities for transit professionals to communicate with a growing number of constituents, customers and advocates. This session will provide attendees with common-sense, useful social media applications they can begin using immediately.
