    Small, rural and tribal agencies face unique challenges recruiting, retaining and cultivating the skills of their frontline operations and maintenance workforce. Bring yourself and your colleagues to this interactive workshop, where the Transportation Learning Center will share resources available for frontline workforce training established in the past 15 years. Learn about transit workforce trends, national training standards, online sharing of transit training materials, leveraging large agency training via distance and hybrid learning, and mentoring, among other. Representatives from small agencies at various stages of implementation will also share their experience in this work.
