Amy Conrick has 16 years' experience in the transportation field as a writer, presenter, trainer, facilitator, and program manager in the mobility management, health care, and employment transportation fields. Currently Amy teaches the National Center for Mobility Management's "Creating Innovative Transportation Solutions" training and is co-leading a strategic planning project for a transportation agency.

Amy has provided technical assistance in developing transportation services and related solutions to several communities. She has also facilitated five communities in developing innovative transportation solutions to health care and jobs using a human-centered design approach, and applies portions of this approach to all of her work.

Amy has brought her wide-ranging transportation knowledge into the development and delivery of in-person and on-line trainings. She has planned and facilitated many mobility management and transportation workshops, conferences, and webinars. She has also written and edited educational materials on employment- and health care–related transportation issues, provided direct technical support to communities and individuals, and developed community and agency self-assessment tools that lead to increased collaboration between the transit community and human service and workforce development agencies.

Amy holds an M.Phil. degree in English and Irish Literature from the University College, Dublin, Ireland and an honors B.A. degree in English Literature from Georgetown University
