Our Work with Communities

Since the early 1990s, through its Joblinks Employment Transportation Initiative, the Community Transportation Association of America has been working with communities across the nation to help them improve the mobility options of people working in their cities and neighborhoods. With funding from the Federal Transit Administration and the U.S. Department of Labor, the Association works to improve employment transportation opportunities through many types of activities, ranging from demonstration projects to direct, short-term technical assistance to employment transportation-related conferences, to name a few. These resources are available to all communities attempting to improve the delivery of employment transportation services in their area.
